Pull up progress
I was working on my pullups for a while and now I can proudly say I'm able to do weighted pull ups :) I added a 5kg plate on the belt (just to try, didn't thought I could) and there it was, I did a full range clean weighted pull up. Progress ongoing...

@Maggie Keeth I stayed consistent. Trained bodyweight pull ups, I started them assisted and then step by step I started to love that feeling when I lift myself up, with time I started to do between 6-10 pull ups bodyweight and here I go trying the weighted pull up. Best of luck!

@Lamek Elu I started with assisted pull ups, it took me a while but I stayed motivated because I wanted it badly. Take it step by step, results won't happen overnight, you'll work for it and one day you'll be sharing with us how you got able to do it. I believe in you and I'm sure everyone here does!!! Keep it up

Hello! I'm Lea. I'm a medical student and a gym rat for 2 years. I've been watching friends balancing weightlifting and calisthenics and that created an interest about learning calisthenics as it emphasized my appreciation to what my own body can do once I acquire the needed skills.
