Ran the race again with a different prompt and something changed. H3 Max now costs $0.30 where it was $0.60 last time. H3 stayed at $1.95. So the gap changed: 6 times the price and 10 times the wait. H3 took 207 seconds to generate, while H3 Max needed just 19 seconds. And the quality is basically the same. Watching them side by side I genuinely can't tell the difference.
