Buyers Market?
Seeing how prices have been going down lately, can we say it’s becoming a buyer market. That being said, would creative financing be good option?

Hello Joseph, would like your opinion on the following property I came across... I noticed it's not in a metropolitan area... so is it ideal to purchase in metro areas only? 209 Reynolds Ave, Meadville, PA 16335 Also, what's your take on PA? It appears PA is a moderately landlord-friendly state.
