Extractors!
Hey guys! I want to save up for a better extractor. What's everyone running? And what are the pros and cons (if any) or the machine you chose to use?

Just got a numatic George this week. Used first time today. Very impressed. Suction is very good

@Thanyon Griffiths-Smith yeah the Bunnings vacuums work good, used when I fist started and did the job. But not as strong suction. I use the karcher wd6 now. Had a bissel extractor pro but the hoes broke and can’t get a replacement. Was looking at the Mytee but the prices are pretty expensive. Settled with George.

Payments
Hey Team! Let's talk payments for a sec. Do you discuss payment options prior or at the time of completion? I've had an guest I spoke to about just paying by card on the square reader, then when the job was done the "man" of the house said to just send him a invoice and he would transfer. (Took him almost two weeks to pay it) What's your preferred method to avoid any awkwardness? *note I do mobile, I'm part time and don't have a dedicated garage or workspace.

All my customers pay on completion. Cash, card, bank transfer or payId. It’s only businesses that pay invoices. The panel shop I work with usually pays within a few days.

@Brendan Shannon usually if they cancel and ask to reschedule I ask for a deposit for stuffing me around the first time. But yeah no shows can be an issue
