How I do anything is how I do EVERYTHING.
Anyone else feel like they have so many things they want to "fix" in their lives? I mean it is the time of year where I go deep in thinking/reflecting mode (you?) Like for me… - Fix my health... - Fix the relationship with my friends/family (it’s complicated). - Make tons of content (while fighting the shame of inconsistency). - Change my whole identity so the universe finally catches up and releases the money I know I’m meant to have. Sound familiar? Then it hit me: My “scattered” isn’t a personality trait. It’s a trauma response. My nervous system, trying to protect me from past hurt, keeps me safely busy everywhere so I never have to stand still, get clear, and risk the one big thing the thing that actually requires my whole heart. How I do anything is how I do everything. 🔥🔥🔥 If I approach my health with panic, I’ll approach my business with panic. If I avoid a hard conversation with a loved one, I’ll avoid the hard conversation in my sales copy. If I’m desperate for external validation, I’ll chase viral vanity metrics instead of serving one person deeply. 🆘 The pattern is the lesson. So I’m choosing a new medicine: FOCUS. Not as a punishment, but as a profound act of self-love. I’m picking one thing (well I must) the foundational thing (for me, it’s my health) and I will do that with consistency, grace, and presence. I will learn to do that one thing well, calmly, and on purpose. 🆘 The universe doesn’t respond to desperate, scattered energy. It mirrors back committed, focused vibration. If this hits home… what’s your one thing? What’s the single thread that, if you pulled it with all your love, would begin to untangle the whole knot?
How I do anything is how I do EVERYTHING.

Reflections...
(Someone else shared this and it was really good. You know 2026 is here pretty much if you like to reflect.. enjoy. If not.. ignore 💟) Simple truth: Your thoughts shape your emotional state. Your emotional state shapes your behavior. Your behavior compounds into identity. This exercise is about interrupting unconscious patterns and deliberately architecting the self you are becoming. PART 1: PATTERN AWARENESS (What is no longer neutral) Answer without justification or storytelling. • What patterns, habits, or dynamics consistently drain my energy, clarity, or self-respect? • Where do I repeatedly override my own boundaries, intuition, or standards? • What do I keep rationalizing that is quietly costing me more than I admit? Write the patterns plainly. No spiritualizing. No blame. Awareness is power. PART 2: BELIEF AUDIT (Thoughts that quietly run the show) For each pattern above, ask: • What belief is keeping this in place? • What do I assume would happen if I stopped this behavior or dynamic? • Is that belief factual, or is it familiar? Then ask the most important question: • Who would I have to become to no longer need this belief? This is where identity shifts begin. PART 3: LETTING GO AS A DECISION (Not an emotion) Letting go is not waiting to feel ready. It is choosing coherence over comfort. Journal on this: • What am I choosing to complete, release, or close the door on as this year ends? • What am I no longer available for in my body, relationships, leadership, or self-talk? • What does “clean and grounded” actually look like in my daily life? Be specific. Vagueness keeps old cycles alive. PART 4: ARCHITECTING THE SELF (Intentional identity design) Now we move forward. Complete these statements slowly: • The version of me I am committing to becoming this year values __________. • She/he protects her energy by __________. • She/he makes decisions from __________, not from __________. • When faced with discomfort, she /hechooses __________. Then ask:

🔥2026 AI Business Coach Mega Prompt
Alot of people wont take the time to go through this prompt, questions, and plan step by step, but those who do will experience the best year in their business in 2026. If thats YOU, drop a "Let's Go!" in the chat below! 👇 ---------- Nicole a creator over this other community optimized this prompt specifically for you. PROMPT: Role & Standard Act as my 2026 Business Coach, focused on helping me hit my goals practically, sustainably, and without burnout. First of all, ask me all about myself and my business, niche and ideal customer, goals. I will upload a document that contains all this information or I will paste it in the chat. You are not here to hype me up or agree by default. Your job is to: - Challenge my assumptions - Call out blind spots - Flag bad ideas early - Reduce wasted effort - Keep me out of avoidable mistakes Think like a calm, sharp operator who has seen what actually works and what quietly fails. Coaching Style & Rules - Ask one question at a time. Keep it short. - Adapt each follow-up based on my previous answer - Keep the tone honest, grounded, and coach-like - Push back if my plan sounds unrealistic, unfocused, or ego-driven - If I am underestimating effort, time, or skill gaps, say so - If I am overcomplicating things, cut it down Do not rush. Do not ask everything upfront. Let clarity build step by step. What You Need to Uncover (Gradually) Through the conversation, understand: - My specific goals for the next 12 months - Why these goals matter right now - My actual available time and energy, not best-case - My strengths, weak spots, and past patterns - What has burned me out before - My tolerance for risk, boredom, and repetition - Any constraints like job, money, health, or obligations Only ask what is useful at the moment. No filler questions. Decision Filters You Must Use When guiding me, prioritize: - Sustainable pace over intensity - Simple execution over clever ideas - Fewer goals done well over scattered progress - Systems that fit my real life, not an ideal version of me

Cool prompt indeed. 2026 is going to be so much more AI focussed.. I am getting ready to learn more!
Sharing a bit of me.
I don’t talk about this part of my life often. Not because I’m ashamed, but because some experiences carve so deeply into you that words feel too small for them. Years ago, I lived through something I never imagined would touch my life. I was kidnapped in Haiti and held for six long days. Six days of uncertainty. Six days of praying my family would find a way, and knowing they were doing everything they could. Six days of wondering if I would make it out alive. When I was finally released, everything outside looked the same… but nothing inside me was. And the chaos didn’t end there. I lived in a country where danger wasn’t just a possibility but a rhythm; gang violence, constant threats, the fear that stepping outside could change everything. I watched my marriage fall apart. I lost pieces of my life one by one. And as if that wasn’t enough, a chronic illness slowly settled in and took up space in my body in ways I’m still learning to manage. I was angry. Broken in places I didn’t know could break. Carrying memories that felt too heavy and a silence that felt even heavier. And then one day, not with fireworks, not with some grand revelation, I just… picked up a brush. Then later, oils. Then herbs, soaps, creams. Anything that could keep my hands busy so my mind wouldn’t collapse under the weight of what had happened. Those small rituals became my lifeline. A way to keep my sanity intact. A way to give shape to emotions that didn’t have names yet. A way to rebuild what had been taken from me. In the middle of all that, I wished I had something, a space, a guide, a quiet companion, that could help me process without overwhelming me. Something creative. Something grounding. Something that didn’t ask me to be “okay” before I was ready. And that’s where Color Me Strong eventually came from. Not as a product. Not as a “project.” But as a survival instinct turned into pages. It was born from trauma, rebuilt through resilience, and shaped by the same tenderness I had to relearn for myself.

Unbelievable story!!! Can't wait to see you and y our book thrive
🧐 2026 is two weeks away... goals?
2026 is just two weeks away. Let's step into it intentionally. As the year turns, our instinct is often to sprint toward new goals. But what if the most powerful step isn't a leap forward, but a compassionate look back? A Harvard Business Review study found that teams who spent 15 minutes reflecting on lessons learned performed 23% better than those who didn't. Your own reflection isn't just nostalgia—it’s strategic fuel. So, before we rush ahead, let's honor 2025 with a gentle, honest conversation with ourselves. 📝 The Compassionate Review: Your Foundation for 2026 1. Wishesto Carry Forward: What's one lesson from 2025 that felt like a gift? What small win or insight will you gently carry with you? 2. Boundaries to Build: What is one energy-draining habit, task, or relationship dynamic you are ready to thank and release? (Our brains have a limited capacity for decision-making—protecting it is a CEO's top priority). 3. The "How" Over the "What": Instead of "grow revenue," what is one tangible, first-step action that moves you there? (e.g., "Have 2 discovery calls per week"). Clarity is kindness to your future self. 4. Non-Negotiable Nourishment: CEO performance is tied to founder health. What is one tiny, non-negotiable ritual for your sleep, movement, or mental space? (Even 5 minutes of morning quiet counts). This isn't about crafting a perfect plan. It's about creating a compass, not a rigid map. ✨ Your 2026 Theme: One Word for the Year Forget a long list. What is one word that will define your 2026? (e.g., Flow, Courage, Ease, Impact, Voice). This word becomes your filter for every big decision. 🤝 Let's Build Your Vision, Together A plan in your head is a wish. A plan you can see is a commitment. Neuroscience shows that visualizing goals in detail activates the same brain networks used to achieve them. Would you like to create your 2026 Vision Board together? If having a guided session to clarify your vision, find your inspiring visuals (on Canva or with magazines), and lock in your focus with a supportive group sounds valuable...

we’ve done the vision boards. The scrapbooks. The Pinterest dreams. The big ideas that feel good in December… and quietly fade by February. For 2026, I’m doing something different. I’m not just visioning the year — I’m mapping it. That means: - Planning when I’ll launch and relaunch my offers - Intentionally growing my Skool community instead of “hoping it grows” - Embedding AI into my day-to-day operating system so the business runs with less effort - And connecting everything into an evergreen ecosystem that supports freedom, not burnout Planning isn’t about hustling harder. It's about creating choice, capacity, and calm — especially in this season of life. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about building a simple, intentional plan that gives you clarity, consistency, and breathing room — from your daily actions all the way up to your annual goals. Design your year with intention. Create momentum that builds. Grow your business without burning yourself out.
