Looking to connect
I think it would be a great idea to build a little network of just a few ai automations agency owners so we could help all of each-other grow and share advice. The only requirement is that we specialize in different niches. My names Ryler, I’m currently specializing in HVAC and I’m looking to expand to other parts of the home service industry eventually. What niche are you in and how far along are you?

Do I Need to Charge Set Up Fee for my AI receptionist?
Hello everyone, I just wanna know if do I need to charge set up fee for my AI receptionist or just charge the monthly retainer?

@John Peter Iguiron Charging a setup fee for an AI receptionist is usually a smart move. The setup often involves configuring workflows, integrating calendars/CRMs, training prompts, testing, and onboarding all of which take time upfront. A one-time setup fee helps cover that work and also positions your service as more premium. That said, it depends on your strategy: • If you want faster adoption, you can waive the setup fee and bake it into a higher monthly retainer. • If your setup is complex or customized, definitely charge a setup fee. • Some people offer a discounted or “limited-time” setup fee to reduce friction. Personally, I’d recommend charging a setup fee unless your setup is extremely simple. It protects your time and filters for more serious clients. 💼🤖
