On the topic of affiliates
Does anyone have any affiliate marketing set up? My cofounder and I are looking to get some affiliates to help cold call. We’re thinking 25% recurring commission on their sales, bonuses on their conversion, volume, etc. and possibly some sort of pay for the volume of calls as well. If you have affiliates, I would love to hear what you’ve learned, and I think many others would benefit from your insights. Drop a comment!
Looking to connect
I think it would be a great idea to build a little network of just a few ai automations agency owners so we could help all of each-other grow and share advice. The only requirement is that we specialize in different niches. My names Ryler, I’m currently specializing in HVAC and I’m looking to expand to other parts of the home service industry eventually. What niche are you in and how far along are you?

@Ethan Peterson yo Ethan, My names Ryler. I’m 17 from santa barbara and I’m a junior in high-school. Just started my agency as well, and I’ve been having some good luck with cold calling. What niche are you getting into? I’m hyper focused on hvac right now but planning on expanding into other parts of the home service industry

@Koen Kwisthout do you have social media / a personal brand? I’d love to check it out because I’m looking to get into making content.
Help starting out
bit of a dilemma and wanted to get some outside opinions so im just starting out in AI automation, voice agents are my main thing right now but im thinking maybe i should have a wider range of services from the start — lead gen, workflow automations, whatever a business needs basically my thinking is that going in with more to offer gives me a better shot at landing clients since not everyone needs a voice agent but idk maybe thats spreading myself too thin early on what did you guys do when you were starting out? focus on one thing or go broad?

My first client was an HVAC company. I cold called them and gave them a free automation that was low maintenance for me. It was a system that follows up with potential leads after our client misses a phone call. It quoted the potential lead and scheduled an appointment, but waited to confirm it until our client reviewed it. I got them in our agency without having built this product, so I had to build it and then ship it. Getting clients like this is good, because you can make sure your products genuinely help people, and also get some credibility in the future because you have someone to reference. You can get testimonials as well. Also, if you play your cards right, those free clients will support you throughout your journey. It's like a little investment.
