Bottom up coaching -CCC
@Victor Oddo spoke about the three most marketable coaching Approaches on day three of the Concious Coaches Challenge. He taught us about the bottom up approach to coaching as one of three popular coaching modalities. In the bottom up method of coaching, clients are encouraged to go within, examine their feelings, and release stuck energy. One of the ways we can work with stuck energy is to examine shadow work. HOLY SHITBALLS BATMAN! I DID IT!
Hey guys, I figured out the thumbnails! When you customize a design on Canva, you must enter the 1920x1080 size manually and not rely on selecting YOUTUBE THUMBNAIL. That is for using a Canva template! Also, in order for me to get the results I did without paying for PRO, I LASSOED the picture of myself in my gallery and uploaded that! Breathwork and anti depressants
I heard that if you are on anti depressants, you shouldn't be doing breathwork. I havent heard Aaron mention that in any of his videos. Thoughts? Advice?
