So my self image has always been victim mentality, lack, no support, Rejection. My new self image in the quantum field is loveable, abundant, supported, worthy. Okay, here goes my 30 days meditation on shifting. 😊

Was really sick for 2 weeks, and it's been hanging on for another 2 weeks. Just can't get motivated to make videos. Been working more on activism to try save Big Island, heartbreaking that people in office don't seem to want to do the right thing for community and land. Feeling sad, and irritated. Trying to uplift my emotions, challenging.

I think I put my hw in the shift academy. This is my little meditation area I created in my very small studio, it's right next to my couch where i will practice. I love it❣️😊
