Done for you Mailboxes
Jay is done for you mailboxes by Jay are $3.50 per month and I think Instantly’s are $10 a month. Has anybody compare the results of the two? I would expect them to both perform the same, but the cost of Jay’s to be much less.

@Sasha Froyland I’d be more interested in comparing deliverability and inbox placement than just the price. $3.50 vs $10 is a big difference, but the cheaper mailbox isn’t really cheaper if it consistently lands in spam. Have you seen any actual data comparing reply rates or inbox placement between them?

@Sasha Froyland That makes a lot of sense. If the emails are highly targeted, having a BDR follow up by phone could make the whole process feel much more like a warm introduction than cold outreach. How are you deciding which prospects are worth that extra call?
Simple Question For Jay
Is i have to send Followup Emails ( if i am doing highly personalized Emails ) 20 emails /day is i have to do followups and if i do followup that will take like another research ) What about Simple Followup ( not sure if you got a chance to see my email ( i mentioned i can send you 3 angles you can test first on your ad account reply yes so i will send them over ) ( if its not something reply no i wont email you agian ) this type of simple 1 followup )

@Anas Bajwa Yes, I’d still follow up. You don’t need to do the same amount of research for every follow-up though. A simple, relevant follow-up like the one you mentioned is enough to bring the original email back to their attention without creating a ton of extra work. If you’re only sending 20 highly personalized emails a day, I’d prioritize quality on the first email and consistency with follow-ups rather than researching each prospect from scratch again.
Community resources
Where do you find clients if you’re not using cold email to find them? Do you use LinkedIn or Upwork or other social media channels?

@Sasha Froyland I’d say don’t rely on just one channel. LinkedIn and niche communities are good for starting conversations, while referrals and partnerships can become strong sources once you build relationships. I’d personally focus on one channel first, get consistent with it, then add another instead of trying everything at once. For me, the bigger question is where your ICP is already active. What type of clients are you trying to reach?
One Simple Question For Jay
You have tell me to do the hybrid approach like send 5 highly personalized emailis and other 20 to 25 semi personalized ( tigher version of the same angle without spending 30 minutes on each brand ) so plz jay can you tell me how can i do this ( is for other 15 peoples i don't have to visit their brand or visit their brand and write their competitor name in the subject line and other emial will be simple no personlaization is this you are trying to say ( I am new to this so understand ) Do i need instantly for this many emails or i am good with ( other sender tools like GMass because they help with followups )

I’d go with the hybrid approach: deeply research the 5 highest-value prospects, then use a lighter version of the same angle for the other 20–25. For the semi-personalized ones, I’d still check their website briefly so the message is relevant, but you don't need to spend 30 minutes researching each one or force a competitor's name into the subject line. The goal is to keep the core offer consistent while changing a few relevant details based on the prospect. For the tool, do you think GMass is enough for this volume, especially with follow-ups, or is there a specific reason you'd recommend Instantly?
Funny But Does Cold Email Work
Hi i am thinking of doing highly personalized cold emails for 5 brands daily ( my niche SMMA ) in which i will breakdown their ads and website things they are doing wrong with screenshots in it what do you think i will get any results or do mass cold email ( Anyone has experience plz tell me i need some hope )

@Anas Bajwa Personally, I'd take 5 highly personalized emails over 100 generic ones, especially when you're just getting started. If someone can tell you've actually looked at their business, you're already ahead of most cold emails. One question though are you ending the email with one clear next step, or are you just pointing out the problems?

@Anas Bajwa I like that approach. I'd just avoid ending with only the problems. Try highlighting one quick win they could implement immediately, then finish with a simple CTA like, "Would you be open to a 10-minute call to walk through the other opportunities I found?" Giving value first usually makes the conversation feel much more natural.
