I have excellent rapport with my FE and UPS locations, both locally and one that is 55 miles from my home. If I find I’m running on a tight schedule, I’ll call them and give them a heads up that I have docs that I need to get on the plane and they’ll usually fudge a little on cut-off time to accommodate me. I love my FE and UPS crews! I strongly urge all notaries/signing agents to develop good relationships with their FE and UPS crews, as they are as crucial to your business, as are the signing companies.
