Colours?
I loved the concept of using up yarn we already have, but as a result my highest contrast is not really where it should be, given meterage. I'm a bit on the fence as to whether or not to continue with this. What do others think? I'd say in person the blue and red don't stand out as well as they do in the photos! Hope everyone is enjoying this KAL as much as I am :)

@Pamela Barber thank you! I blocked it to see if it changed how I felt and somehow it did, I'll keep going. I think as more of the green is incorporated the piece as a whole will feel more cohesive. Thanks for your input :)

Lovely and vibrant!
Help- what am I not understanding
Im working on clue 3 making size 2 and have knitted rows 1- 12 ready to split for sleeves. But my yoke length is just under 20 cm instead of the suggested 17.5. But I think my tension is okay - I've added up all the rows in the clues so far and given the gauge then my length is right. Looking at zanete's tutorial, I can see that Zanete has knitted rows 1- 12 before splitting for sleeves. So, should I undo rows to get length of 17.5cm before split or carry on with length of 19.5cm? Will it matter so much?

I had read it as the length she had stated was what you would have before doing the first 12 rows of clue 3, as I had that exact length at that point. Questioning this now! I plan to do the 12 rows as stated and split then see how it fits, it still seems a bit short to split at 17.5cm to me (I'm also doing size 2).

I love it! Can’t wait until Friday. Back to my other knitting projects until then ☺️

This is a really lovely colour combination and neckband :)
Adding and removing colours
Hi, I'm new to colourwork and was wondering about adding and removing colours as we go along. I see in the pattern it says to cut colours as we finish a section with them. Is there a reason for this rather than catching a float vertically? I'm mostly asking as I'm not a fan of weaving in ends! And on that topic, with colourwork, should we tie off strands at all or does weaving in the ends secure the work enough? Thanks!
