Thursday (Nutritious) Thoughts
What do you consume? Not just the foods you eat or the things you drink, but the content, the gossip, the energy, the environments? What are you filling your life with? Hope? Despair? Encouragement? Loss? And no, this isn’t black and white thinking. It rarely ever is. Rather, where do you spend the majority of your time consuming things and are they in alignment with where you want to go? Want to spend more time with loved ones? Better spend less time consuming reels on your phone. Want to get to the gym more frequently? Better get to bed earlier on workout days and stay out less with friends. Prioritizing ourselves and letting others know that you love the life you’re building by keeping promises to you will benefit you greatly (and potentially disrupt feathers of those who don’t have the same access to you). So, what are you consuming? And is it taking you in the direction you want to go?

Peace. I’m consuming all the peace which comes from people and things that make me feel like I am the best version of me with. Anything else I am now able to turn from that doesn’t give me that feeling.
Monday Morning Mindset
If I make my bed this morning, I'll have won my day. From that moment on, nothing can stand in my way. I know the day will not be perfect, and I understand why, But the only way to make this my best Monday is if I have the courage to try.
