As you dive back into work, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the backlog. Are you so focused on tackling new tasks that you're neglecting the existing ones? Think of your workload as a bucket. If it has holes (unaddressed issues, inefficient processes), your productivity will leak out. Prioritise plugging those 'leaks' by addressing the most important tasks first, streamlining workflows, and communicating effectively. Sometimes, the biggest gains come from stopping the losses, not just chasing new wins.
