I was experimenting with the Google NotebookLM app and uploaded an old Facebook Live video. From a single video, it generated all of these different types of files. I uploaded the original (terrible) video to the app and these are just a few of the things it created. Let me know your thoughts.

Here’s something most people never get taught. You can only move forward at the level your nervous system believes is safe. That means you can want more money, better clients, more freedom, or deeper relationships… but if your body still feels like the smaller version of you, you will hesitate, avoid, or sabotage without meaning to. That is why people say things like: “I know what to do… I just can’t seem to do it.” You are not broken. Your system is just protecting an old identity. You have probably heard that your hopes, wishes and desires are the clues that point to your greater potential. What is rarely mentioned, is that they are messages from the version of yourself who has the power to create that reality. By aligning with that greater version of yourself you unlock the attitude, skills and qualities that make the fulfillment of you desires inevitable. Alignment. Not pushing. Not forcing. But upgrading the part of you that decides what is safe to receive.

Hi friends, I've been quiet here for a few weeks, and I want to explain why. It's because I've been working behind the scenes on something that has been developing for a long time. Over the past year, in my private sessions and circles, I kept seeing the same pattern show up again and again. People were not stuck because they didn’t know what they wanted. They were stuck because they couldn’t turn what they wanted into steady, real movement. They had goals. They had vision. They had done the mindset work. But there was a disconnect between intention and action. So I stepped back and started building what I wish I had years ago.
