Why a Squat Stool Can Help
I love my Squatty Potty! A squat stool can be one of the easiest upgrades to make. Why it helps: - it changes the angle of the hips - it helps relax the puborectalis - it makes the rectum less kinked - it often reduces straining That does not mean a stool is the whole answer. Daily Protocol

I think it depends. Honestly psyllium husks make me super constipated, maybe I need to be drinking more water when I take them. What do you think?
Vacuum Abs Practice
Vacuum abs can be a game-changer for some people. Maybe you've seen the posts of people showing off a flattened belly after doing x weeks of vac abs exercises. For the purpose of improving gut motility, it does tone the muscles of the lower belly, restoring proper posture and movement. It can help, but don't do it like an intense ab workout. 💪 Engage the muscles firmly, and you should feel lift and some space opening. 🎶 Your throat/jaw stay soft. 🌬️ Breathing is held gently or kept shallow during the hold.
