Would you start using Pricelabs straight away or wait util you have a few properties? how many properties would you have before getting pricelabs?

I have started using stripe to take deposits (also using uplisting as channel manager). I am incurring feeswhen i issue refunds. I there a way I can send the guests a pre-authorisation link instead? And if so how is this done? Thanks
