Start Here: How This Community Works
👋 Welcome! I’m Ken Khamphiphone. This community helps solopreneurs & creators save time, systemize workflows, and scale with AI. You’ll get automation playbooks, prompt & context patterns, and real examples that cut your content creation time while growing your business. What to do first: 1. Read this Start Here post. 2. Introduce yourself in the comments and share your #1 bottleneck. 3. Check out the Resources category for today’s starter workflows. Start by introducing yourself below and let’s get to work! https://youtube.com/shorts/QPB5CRn9c5s
@Will Nguyen not at all. 1. I picked my niche based on my skill set, prior work experience and education. 2. I networked within my available communities ie. faith group, social media and Skool communities. 3. I registered with freelancer sites like Fiverr. 4. I adapted the services I offered based on pain points of those in my proximity. 5. I learned new skills in work flow, organization & ai tools that potential clients are seeking. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions.
@Will Nguyen Oh you didn’t pry at all. I’m not always locked in to social media on the weekends. Just saw your question. I have clients that all do different things but most commonly, the pain point is they have a big vision and a small or no team. So I help them strategize, implement and execute. I partner with them and support their projects. I help them organize and automate where they can. I am happy to hear your cousin is looking to venture out in her own. I would say she can start with the tips I gave above but if she has further questions she can definitely email me [email protected]
🧠 Sample Build: “Ask HR” – A GPT-style Guide for Gen X Job Seekers
Here’s a concept I’ve been playing with; open to thoughts or feedback. I’ve worked in HR long enough to know that Gen X job seekers often get lost in the shuffle. They’re either: • Re-entering the workforce after a break • Making a midlife pivot into a new industry • Or just trying to keep up with shifting trends in how jobs are found, applied to, and landed A lot of the job-seeking advice out there feels generic or aimed at fresh grads and tech pros. So I started exploring the idea of a GPT-style tool that speaks directly to Gen X needs, with support that feels experienced, not condescending. Features I’d include: • Resume updates for ATS filters (especially for those with 15+ years of experience) • Interview refreshers that balance confidence with coachability • Moving from formal to modern tone without losing professionalism Optional: confidence prompts, LinkedIn guidance, and age-related bias blockers Wouldn’t be fluffy. Wouldn’t be corporate. Just practical, respectful, and tuned to people who have a story not just a tech stack. What do you think? Is this something you’d use or send to someone in your life? What would you want “Ask HR” to answer for Gen X folks?
@Will Nguyen yes! Thank you. That’s one of the most frustrating things right now about job searching, the fake posts. Good idea.
The CEO Reset; productivity at it's softest!
Hi everyone 👋 I’m Charlene, I spend a lot of time in the AI world building tools that blend creativity with soft productivity. This one in particualar was built using Canva Code and is hosted on GitHub, just because Canva only keeps code history for 1 month, plus it looks cleaner outside an iFrame. Something I’ve learned: productivity doesn’t start with the perfect app or the longest to-do list. It starts with a calm mind and a rested brain. Without that, the systems don’t stick. One of my favourite quick wins I built is a CEO Reset Routine inside Canva. It’s a simple 15–20 minute wind-down you can run at night: brain dump your thoughts, switch off screens, pick one calming ritual, capture wins, and set intentions for tomorrow. At the end it generates a beautiful one-page summary you can keep as a journal or download as a PDF. It’s free, easy to try, and the big shift is this: you’re not pushing productivity, you’re protecting the energy that makes it possible. 🌙✨ If anyone would like to test it out for their own routine, you can find it here: CEO Reset Routine by Affirmed Visionary
