Hosting a summit or bundle takes work. But it does not have to be complicated. You don't need a giant tech stack, 47 automations and six new platforms to learn before you can host your event. I teach this stuff simply because that's how I run my own events too. Clear steps. Simple tools. Templates and systems that make the work easier. And support when you're sitting there wondering, “Okay… but what do I actually do next?” 😂 Nicole said something that especially stuck with me: “That simplicity helps you dodge a major learning curve.” YES. 👏 If hosting a summit or bundle is somewhere on your 2027 list — or even your “maybe someday when I figure out how the heck to do it” list 😂 — that's exactly what we're doing inside Premium. I've been reading your answers to the questions you fill out when joining this community. And one thing keeps coming up from people who are interested in hosting their own summit or bundle. They WANT to do it. I wanted to share this with other people who get it, and in case anyone here is on the fence about hosting. Some context: I've been in business for a smidge over a year now, and I got Julie's Bundle Brilliance a few months ago when it was on sale. Even though I had only been in business for 7 months at the time, I knew that I wanted to host a bundle...someday. Fast-forward to today, and my first hosted bundle is live. Two weeks ago, I had just over 300 subscribers. Now I have over 1000! There's no VIP tier to this particular bundle, but I did put a tripwire on the product I put in my own bundle, and I made 8 sales! I already have a collaborator asking if she can co-host the next one with me because she's had such a great experience. I've also had some great conversations with visitors who emailed with tech issues at first, but then stuck around because of the relationship I built with them through solving their immediate problems. And I have contributors I'm building relationships with so the next bundle I host doesn't have to start from ground zero. (For the record, I'm in the education niche, where bundles aren't super common...yet. 😉) If you're at all thinking about maybe hosting a bundle...please DO IT.
