🍂 Make This The Season You Finally Host A Bundle
📦 Ready To Host Your Own Bundle? ✨ Can I give you a little nudge? If hosting a bundle has been sitting on your "maybe someday" list... 👉 Maybe it's time. Not because it's easy. But because giving yourself time makes the entire process so much more enjoyable. Here’s the truth 👇 One of the biggest things I see holding people back isn't: • The tech • Finding contributors • Building the registration page It's overwhelm. And overwhelm is often just a sign that you don't have a system yet. WISH I COULD BOLD THIS ONE LINE LOL When you know what needs to happen—and when—it all becomes so much easier. Right now, I'm putting the finishing touches on the Audience Growth Society Bundle happening in August. And honestly... I'm not stressed. I'm excited. 😄 Why? Because I'm not starting from scratch. ✅ I already have: • The systems • The timelines • The checklists • The templates • The wipe copy and emails • The graphics Every time I host a bundle, I improve the process a little more. If you've been thinking... "I'd love to host my own bundle one day..." ⏳ Don't wait until the last minute. Start planning now. Inside Premium, you'll find Bundle Brilliance ... the exact system I used to host my own bundles, including the one that generated 1,500+ registrations and 1,150+ new email subscribers in just 5 days. ✨ You'll get: • The roadmap • Templates • Spreadsheets • Swipe copy • Tutorials • Everything you need to stay organized from start to finish Because hosting a bundle shouldn't feel overwhelming. It should feel exciting. Are you in? 😄 ------------ P.S. I'm already planning my October bundle because I know a little planning now makes launch week so much easier. Who's joining me this fall? Let's finally get your bundle out into the world. 💜 📦 JOIN PREMIUM TODAY

Bundle Brilliance is AMAZING. It's what got me educated and set up so that I can host my own bundle next month!
💭 If I had to start my business from scratch today...
No audience. No email list. No clients. No social following. Here's what I wouldn't do... I wouldn't spend six months trying to become an Instagram expert. I wouldn't wait until everything was "perfect." And I definitely wouldn't try to grow all by myself. Instead... I'd build my email list by getting in front of other people's audiences. I'd participate in bundles. I'd speak in summits. I'd guest on podcasts. I'd join a handful of communities where my ideal clients were already hanging out. And honestly... I'd probably host a bundle before I hosted a summit. Why? Because it's one of the fastest ways I know to build relationships, grow an email list, and get your name in front of new people without needing a huge audience. Most people think they need more followers. I think they need more opportunities to be seen. That's where I'd start. 💬 If you had to start your business over today, what would you do differently?

I wouldn't have tried to do so much so fast. When I left the classroom, I had such grand dreams of starting a classroom management coaching business and helping All The Teachers with their classroom management struggles. That's still the dream, but I realized that it takes a loooottt of trust for people to bring you on as a coach. Jumping right into that before I had an audience or a following or a list or even a pool of products was expecting myself to go too fast too soon. It's still the dream, as is a membership, but I'm letting myself slow down a bit and focus more on visibility and product creation, which is how my brain would rather work anyway. I like to start with the small details, then build the big thing. I'd tell Past-Tori to ignore the creators insisting I need to build the Big Thing first.

I'm looking for contributors for the Classroom Command Center Bundle, a collaborative bundle designed to help teachers start the school year organized, prepared, and supported. I'm looking for creators with resources that help teachers through things like: 📋 Classroom management 🗂️ Organization and planning 🎒 Back-to-school preparation 🏫 Classroom setup and routines 💬 Parent communication 📚 Classroom resources and printables 🎨 Bulletin boards and classroom decor 🧒 Kids’ activities and printables for teachers 📄 Templates, planners, checklists, and other teacher tools If your resource helps teachers save time, energy, effort, or money, it's probably a great fit. Key Dates 📅 Applications close: July 26 📦 Contributor materials due: August 7 🚀 Bundle live: August 15–21 Whether you're a teacher-preneur, a classroom resource creator, a PLR designer, or another business serving educators, I'd love to see what you've created. 👉 Get all the details and apply here

@Annette Browning Wonderful! I look forward to hearing from you!

Have a question about... 🎤 Hosting a summit? 📦 Running a bundle? 🤝 Finding collaboration partners? 🎙️ Guest podcasting? 📧 Growing your email list? 💜 Premium? Or anything else related to audience growth? Drop it in the comments! No question is too big or too small. If I know the answer, I'm happy to help. 😄👇

Ooh, I just asked this as a reply, but I'm going to put it here because it fits better. Say the contributor call for my bundle opens July 12 (which it does). Do I put out posts and notifications *on* July 12? Or put them out the day before because some of them might take time to get approved? (This is for spaces like Facebook groups, Skool groups, etc.) I'm planning to have the contributor call open from July 12-26, with the bundle opening August 15, so I certainly have time to play with - which is also on purpose! But the whole "when do I actually post the call" question is bugging me.
📧 I Just Want To Grow The Damn Email List 😆
📧 Can we be honest for a minute? I know there are lots of reasons to grow a business, but if I'm being completely honest, most of the time I'm thinking... "I just want to grow the damn email list." 😆 And I'm guessing I'm not the only one. The challenge is that there are so many ways to do it. You could host a summit, create a bundle, guest on podcasts, focus on collaborations, build a community, apply to speak, or try a dozen other visibility strategies. None of those are wrong. The question is: which one makes the most sense for YOU right now? So let's have some fun. _____________________________________________ Tell me: 📧 About how big is your email list right now? AND 🎯 Where would you love it to be 6 months from now? I'll jump into the comments and tell you what visibility move I'd focus on next. Are you trying to grow your list? Increase your visibility? Find more collaboration opportunities? Land more clients? I'll jump into the comments and tell you what visibility move I'd focus on next. 😆 👇 Let's do it.

My email list is 68 (though one person is only on there for bundle testing, so really it's more like 67). My goal is to add more people. I'm hesitant to put a number to it because I'm still new enough that I'm not sure what a reasonable number would be for my niche (education/classroom management for teachers). So sure, I could say that I want to add 100 subscribers by 2027, but I don't know if I'll get anywhere close...or go beyond! I'm still collecting data right now. BUT - I'm going to be doing 5 bundles in 4 months, one of which I'm hosting. 3 of the bundles aren't directly related to my audience, so I'm treating those more as experiments and testing grounds and less audience growth machines. Bundle 4 is one that I've done in the past, so the audience might already be on my list. I'm really excited for my own bundle, where I *know* the audience will be aligned. Stay tuned for the contributor call! It'll be coming out early next month.

@Julie Butler Thanks! Will do! (On a side-but-related note, weird question...for you and anyone else who wants to chime in. Say my contributor call opens July 12 (which it does). Do I put out posts and notifications *on* July 12? Or put them out the day before because some of them might take time to get approved? I'm planning to have the contributor call open from July 12-26, with the bundle opening August 15, so I certainly have time to play with - which is also on purpose!
