If I call someone out as an OG, that means that I trust the information that they provide and feel free to reach out to them for more information or help , if I am not around. @Nicole Flakes is a fantastic landlord and Great vetting tenants .. she can spot a fake application a mile away @Alias Johnson is one of my go to lenders and will be hosting a class with us on biz credit and hard money lending in the new year
