My kids say we never have the same experience twice, even when we go to the same places. So apparently no tradition is our tradition!

canoeing down the Russian River in CA. It was so much fun, mostly because of the people that were there to experience it with us for the first time too!

I usually admit my mistakes...one as a reminder to not let it happen again and two as a cautionary tale to others that might make my same misstep!

We kept thinking there were animals directly outside our tent but could not see anything. In the morning, we found racoon paw prints on the tono cover of the truck where they had tried to get in to get to the cooler we had in the truck!

@Rodney Thompson Outdoor Skills You could actually see where they tried to pull up the truck cover but it was locked down! It looks like they even tried to use it as a trampoline!
