Friday Bright Spots 10/03
Please feel free to share your bright spots from this week! They can be professional, personal moments anything you'd like to share. This is a safe space. If you would like to be more vulnerable please feel free. We are here for each other. My Bright Spots: Had a very productive week of coaching and was able to assist members at my gym get their first BMU. Returned to coaching my Battle Cancer group. It is possibly the brightest and most humbling moment of the week. Begin this SKOOL community with like minded individuals who inspire me and who I get a chance to coach and learn from I was a little uncertain to begin my own coaching/mentoring journey (Imposter Syndrome is real and its okay) But after reflecting and meditating on it, I KNOW THAT I AM READY to take that next step.

Love this! It’s been a challenging week for me, but my bright spots are: - Seeing clients again after a holiday and witness all the progress they’ve been able to make since start working together - Sending over for review a big dreamy project (fingers crossed!) - A sunny and cold walk in London today that reminded me how much I love it here
Where and how do you find your inner peace?

I find peace in interactions with loved ones. Whether it's watching TV together, sharing a quiet meal or coffee, or having a deep conversation, I find purpose in these moments of connection and presence. I feel similarly when noticing the little things in everyday life—a flower, an animal, the sky, the clouds... Being mindful during these small moments brings me a sense of calm and balance.
