Use a thermometer . Use completly full raw milk becareful without sterilisation or pasteurisation . Thank you. It's not yogurt, it's like the first step in making cheese, but this time it's not drained. The milk remains whole, just curdled. I'll send a picture of what it looks like tomorrow!
