Additionally, can you name three things you are grateful for? These don't have to be goalkeeper-related. The reason I do this is simple: everyone has tough weeks. Reflecting on and writing down your recent wins and what you're grateful for is a PROVEN way to realise that life is pretty great and you're a very lucky person. J4K DEVON & CORNWALL ❤️🧤 Final Session today💙🧤 What an amazing journey from training for fun to accompany a friend to signing for WSL 2 Birmingham City Women FC. 6 yrs ago Lily came to J4K to train for fun,Lily had too much talent to be training for fun,a few conversations,a few more training sessions and Lily took goalkeeping seriously,success soon followed,signing for PAFC ADC ,representing Devon FA,training at the England talent FA. On her 16th birthday Lily signed for Plymouth Arygle women,soon making the no1 spot her own,after over 40 games and still only 17 there was an opportunity to move to Birmingham FC . It’s been a brilliant 6 yrs watching this young girl turn into the person & goalkeeper she is today,hours & hours of training in the rain ,wet,muddy pitches,pain ,tears,blood,sweat ,it’s all been worth it.
