This week was all about tightening systems and getting real results. ✅ Started using ClickUp for task management and team reporting – Managing daily tasks more clearly – Reviewing last week’s performance for everyone – Planning the upcoming week with full visibility ✅ Helped one of my clients get a $20k+ lead. Finished the first 2 modules this week. Finally completed my offer after going back and forth on it. Spent time revamping my LinkedIn. Before I was trying to target all service businesses but that was too broad. Now I've niched down to 2 specific industries that are pretty similar to each other. Also got 2 orders on Fiverr worth around $180 total.

While offering community building and management services, I am also developing an a SaaS tool from past 3 months, specifically for paid Discord community owners to help them make more revenue. It is a funnel-based marketing tool. Launching our MVP in the next 10 days. already got 6+ early users without any solid marketing, just pushed some content 💪

Leading from the front as I only see two guys posting about their wins.. I'm pretty much sure that all of you are wining in some shape or form. Here are my few wins.. (small or big.. doesn't matter) 1. We have standardized our entire ad-diagnostic process inside Clickup. It took me a while to wrap my head around it.. But hopefully the entire system will be completed by this week 2. Added approx $40K in pipeline for our $20K offer. Both founders will be deciding by end of January or start of feb. So fingers crossed 3. In final negotiation for a $8K offer for another client - might give him a "time sensitive" offer and close between $6K-$7K range 4. I was in conversation with York University professor who's connected with startup ecosystems here in Canada, and he will be inviting me as a guest speaker and also making some intros in the network. Fingers crossed 5. Just a few hours before this post, closed a small client for $900 on Fiverr. Will use AI to get this job done in 3-4 days max 6. My partner is in conversation with the Government of Pakistan to bring tech startups to KSA. The process is under negotiation so quite excited about it.. ___ This has been a good start, given December was relatively slow, and the early first week of January got us nothing. So excited about the next few days!
