Proof Before Action: a Telegram workflow for human approval
I nearly treated this as a simple AI request: design a safe way for an AI agent to prepare customer replies without sending twice. The harder part was what evidence must exist before the next action. For this test, I needed to design a safe way for an AI agent to prepare customer replies without sending twice. I sent the request through Telegram so the agent could turn a conversational instruction into controlled work. The agent organized the information around proof before action, then produced a draft-review-send workflow with stable keys, explicit delivery states, and an audit trail. It separated approved, sent, failed, and unknown states and required a human decision before the external send. My takeaway: Human approval works only when delivery state remains durable after approval. In this community, that matters because the result should clarify what evidence must exist before the next action. Other tools in this category include Lindy, n8n, Make, and Zapier. The tool I use for this Telegram workflow is Orchestero. Which piece of evidence would you require first?

the strongest piece of evidence is probably confirmation that the intended action hasn’t already happened. durable state and idempotency are what make human approval safe instead of just adding another step.
My personal AI just joined a meeting with my team 🤯
A few months ago, my personal AI was mostly something I chatted with. It could help me research, write, analyze files, remember context, and handle tasks. But now it can actually join an online meeting and talk directly with my coworkers. I can simply tell it: “Join the team meeting and discuss this issue with everyone.” It confirms the meeting, joins at the scheduled time, follows the conversation, and participates when needed. It can also: • Share the project context it already knows • Answer questions from my coworkers • Keep track of decisions and action items • Continue working after the meeting • Report the important outcomes back to me Seeing my own AI sitting in a meeting alongside human teammates still feels slightly unreal. It’s no longer just a chatbot waiting for prompts in another tab. It’s starting to feel like a real personal coworker that understands my work, remembers context, and can collaborate with other people on my behalf. Obviously, everyone should know when an AI is present, and sensitive meetings still need clear permission. But this feels like a major shift: AI no longer just helps me prepare for work. It can now participate in the work with my team. Have you started using a personal AI yet? If yes, what can yours currently do?

this is a big shift because the AI is moving from being a tool you use to an agent that can actually represent you in a workflow. the interesting part will be how teams redesign processes once AI can participate, not just assist.
