🚨🚨Looking For A GHL VA!!!!
Are you a GHL “Expert”… I’m looking for someone that actually knows Highlevel to join my team. Must know landing page builds, workflows, automations, willing to answer questions on the Skool community, and you must know how to use Chat GPT to figure things out you do no know.

Hi Austin, I've been working with GHL for a while and consider myself an expert. I have a strong background in creating effective landing pages and setting up robust workflows and automations. I'm also great at using tools like ChatGPT to solve problems and am more than willing to support the Skool community. I'm confident I can be a valuable asset to your team.

**(and my 7-step cheat code is yours if you want it) Your prospects don’t care about “AI.” They care about fixing the problem that’s keeping them up at night. A solar company came to me frustrated and confused: “We’ve had a dozen people try to sell us AI… none of it makes sense. Can you help?” Here’s the funny thing… I didn’t whip out terms like: speed to lead database reactivation conversation bots AI-powered chat widgets I didn’t show them a single workflow. I didn’t talk tech at all. Instead, I played doctor. When you go to the doctor with knee pain, they don’t pull out an X-ray right away. They ask questions: “Where does it hurt?” “Is it constant or does it come and go?” “Did you twist it or fall?” I asked the same type of questions about their business. And here’s what I found… They’d spent thousands on ads They were calling each lead 2–3 times… then letting them die in the database They didn’t know which leads to chase, how to filter out tire-kickers, or how to bring real buyers back to the top without wasting hours of their team’s time That’s when I diagnosed the problem and prescribed the fix: A Database Reactivation System designed to revive old leads, filter out the junk, and feed only the hottest prospects to their team. The result? Within 10 days of turning it on… They closed their first deal Made back every penny they paid me Pocketed profit They didn’t care that I used AI. They don't know what CloseBot is. They cared that the system made them money — fast. Now here’s the real secret… I wasn’t born a “closer.” I learned a 7-step cheat code that works whether you’re selling: High-ticket SaaS Marketing services Coaching programs Even door-to-door I have closed: Millions in contracts face-to-face Multiple six-figures selling SaaS & services online Able to walk into any sales conversation as the authority — in control from start to finish This cheat code: Eliminates most objections before they come up Makes sure you discover their real problem

Quick Question,
Hi GHL Community, I'm trying to ensure my Sales/Admin users (who have 'Assigned Only' permissions for conversations) truly only see conversations relevant to their assigned opportunities. Scenario: - One contact has multiple opportunities (e.g., a Sales Opp assigned to "John," and a CS Opp assigned to "Jane"). - Both "John" and "Jane" have 'Assigned Only' conversation visibility in their User Role. Problem: - When "John" (Sales) logs in and goes to the Conversations tab, he's seeing all conversations for that contact (including the CS one), not just the ones related to his assigned Sales opportunity. How can I strictly separate conversation views in the Conversations tab so that users with 'Assigned Only' permissions only see what's related to their specific assigned opportunities, even if the contact has other opportunities assigned elsewhere? Any best practices or workarounds are appreciated! Thanks!
