💖 $30k in 100 Days - Day 19
I am currently on Day 19 and here's the top takeaways I have for you all so far: 1. Sell a high ticket product but have multiple offers so that every person you talk to has the opportunity to say yes at their price range. The higher the price, the more of your time it takes. That's the name of the game. Develop a standard hourly rate that you will not go under and anything that is priced under that goes into a group membership or DIY product that protects your time, not something that takes up anymore of your time. 2. Templatize what you do. This helps you to work way more efficiently so that you can delivery faster, more reliably, and easier. Spend the time taking longer for the first few people you deliver on in order to create systems and templatize what you're doing. It will pay off over time when you can build a system that allows you to do it faster, easier, and more reliably. 3. Have automated systems. When things are automated, less people fall through the cracks. Do you have tons of leads that you never followed up with? Get them into an automation and never let them fall through the cracks again. 4. Testimonials are Queen. The more and better testimonials, the better it is for you. Treat EVERY client (no matter what they're paying you) like they're paying you a million bucks. Do the best job you can and get them amazing results. They'll tell their friends and you can get their testimonial to share in your content. Reputation is Queen. 5. Stay focused. We are ALL victims of the shiny object syndrome. Actually running a profitable and growing business is boring. You're always either making content for marketing, having conversations, or doing the work. That's pretty much all their is to running a business besides the random administrative tasks you have to do here and there. So, just do those things. That is more than enough to keep you busy constantly if you're doing it correctly. 👇 Which tip would be the most helpful for you to implement right now?

🔥 I lost the fire (and I don't care)
Skool has a really cool function where you can get emojis next to your name inside of the platform for hitting certain milestones and achievements. The fire emoji is for 30 days of doing 10+ activities inside of skool consistently. This means, when you miss a day, you lose the fire. It USED to feel like a symbol of pride. I have the fire emoji! It was cool and fun! but at the end of the day, what's mor important? delivering on clients and being with my family, or a fire emoji next to my name? Don't get me wrong, if you're new to skool, I think you SHOULD try to get the fire emoji. It forces to spend a lot of time on the platform and get comfortable with the platform. When you're building a community, it helps force you to be active enough to create an engaged and active community. For me? I am actually actively delivering on client work and scaling my business while managing a lot of personal appointments and activities with my family. Life is chaotic and the fire emoji is the last thing on my mind. So, i'm curious, do you have the fire emoji? 👇 Let us know in the comments why you're either keeping it up or why you aren't.

I have had it and lost it several times. I love the flame but sometimes other things are more important in the moment.

🙌 If I had to start a business with only $500...
It has never been more affordable and easier to grow a business than it is RIGHT NOW. Here's what I mean. If I had to start a business with only $500, here's what i'd do. ✅ Register my LLC to get the legal foundation started. In my state that costs $100. ✅ Get a skool community with the hobby plan. I would host my resources and information inside. Set it to a free community to start getting people through the door. Have membership questions that ask for email and phone number. $9/month ✅ Get GHL-an all in 1 tool. I would start with setting up a dedicated subdomain and gathering phone numbers and emails from all of my members in skool (or anybody I talk to). I can also buy a domain for $10 a year and build a website on here too. This tool is $98 a month but I sell it for a significant discount (like, 86% off). For the sake of this post, we'll assume it's full priced. This would be $108 for the monthly fee and the domain purchase. ✅ Get Claude Code. This is $20 per month and will give you the ability to have it design your website, create content, and do SO much FOR you. ✅ Get Google workspace. This is $9 a month. It gives you a professional email and also gives you access to recordable Google Meet to take calls. ✅ Get Fathom. It is free and will automatically join all your google meet calls and record them for you so you don't have to remember to record. ✅ Save the rest for other monthly purchases. Here's what that would look like. Spend a week setting everything up. Don't get fancy, you just need a landing page that collect emails and helps you book calls. GHL can do all of that for you. Go into fb groups and promote your skool community. When people join, send them a DM to book a discovery call with them. The discovery call qualifies people then you book a sales call. Then you close them for a high ticket offer. 👉 This whole set up was $246 for your first month and $136 per month after this. You could get pretty much 3 months without getting paid at all before running out of money.

Great checklist!
😅 Would you rather (mompreneur edition)!
Would you rather hire a personal housekeeper or a personal chef?

Can I have both? If only one, house keeper. How about a house keeper that also cooks!

@Lauren Greene Thanks! A girls gotta be creative!❤️ I don't enjoy doing either right now. Both are done for necessity. I prefer to work. Luckily, my mom cooks most nights. I am believing in enough success to have a house keeper!
