How important is LLC?
Do we actually need an LLC to start dispatching or its just a good thing to have? What kind of risks does it involve for not having one?

@Caroline Reaves-Jackson the thing is it is definitely explained but not in detail, such as what kind of thing I become liable of if my work is to connect a broker with a trucker as a dispatcher

@Caroline Reaves-Jackson what assets are they actually protecting? You as a dispatcher have to negotiate with brokers to and assign loads to your operator/carrier. What are the things that can cause this law suit in this scenario? Because when you own something and sell that something to someone then you become liable for that particular thing which you sold. I don’t get the point.

Signed my first Carrier!
I got my first carrier! He found me on Instagram and we had the sales call today, he signed the contract and sent it back after the call. Our onboarding call is Wednesday and he has a 40ft Hotshot. I'm super excited that this is all coming together. Now I don't feel like I'm 'starting a business' like the business is up and running really quick and im just here for the ride lol. I've only been in the paid course for a month so I know I have a lot to learn. If anyone has any experience with Hotshots, or hotshots in the Texas area, I'd love to pick your brain :)

@William Brown Thats amazing dude, I would be really happy to get knowledge from someone who has his hands dirty in the field. Do you have any carriers / Operators currently or still finding?
