Macros make the difference!
Absolutely amazed by the change in just under a week and only on the meal/macro plan at that! Starting my workout routine today/this week and looking forward to continuing the amazing progress! I can't thank Adam/Puffy enough for getting me on the right track to being my best self! Already feeling more energetic, less hungry, and happier overall. All while still eating the foods I love 😊

Groceries for most of the week is done and taking notes of favorite foods in the plan. Building schedule today and setting weekly goals! Working on constiency, routine, and discipline!
Back to Basics
Ever since Covid hit and I finished school I noticed a slow and steady increase in my weight as my lifestyle became much more stagnant. Finding myself feeling like cooking was too complex when I used to love it and really just letting stress get the best of me. I'm excited to be working with Adam to be getting myself back on track, and back to a healthier and happier place. I know it'll take time to build back routines and am looking forward to building a better and stronger foundation!
