Who has some OMs/PPMs/Pitch Decks? 🤖
YO YO! TLDR: if you have any investment decks, PPMs, OMs and you could send them my way, I’d love to have them. I’m training a large language model and experimenting with how to best structure and organize the information in these types of documents Hey folks! Question: does anyone have some pitch decks and other items for deals they have gotten sent they would be willing to share? I’m a nerd, and I’m working on a start up and part of our internal processes are going to be supported by a large language model I’m building (think ChatGPT but we aren’t beaming the data to anyone). One of the tasks that we are wanting to build out is being able to quickly and efficiently sort through the various pitch decks, OMs, PPMs, etc, tag them with a summary, and then evaluate them initially without having to look at them. Essentially triaging deal flow and prioritizing them. All the info you send me will be air gapped and not leave my local machine, and I’m going to use it for proof of concept and not include it in the final project without your permission. I think you can shoot me a message here if you want, or you can shoot me a note at [email protected] Thanks!

@Alexander Felice what I’m talking about is more of an evaluation tool less of a creation tool. Not looking to build decks, looking to analyze existing ones

@Alexander Felice more useful than you But that’s a pretty low bar
ChatGPT prompts
I'm most interested in people and I spend a good portion of my time thinking of how people behave and interact. This has resulted in a lot of time talking through relationship and individual dynamics with ChatGPT Today I asked it some prompts and wanted to share:

If you haven’t used the deep research function yet, you’re missing out. I use it to go in-depth on things and curate papers/articles on topics that i know a little about but need to know more about As an example, I’m a data scientist. I know what a linear regression is. But it is helpful to have a one stop shop on what linear regression is, what to do to create it, how to know if the assumptions about your data are correct, and other nuances that are important but tedious to remember. So i ask ChatGPTs deep research function to write me a white paper on linear regressions (or other modeling techniques), use as technical terms as possible AND then define those technical terms in such a way that a 6th grader can understand them. This produces a 20 page paper with references to everything i need for those topics. I love it.

@Julian Sage i think tech like this is best used like that at this point. You should have a baseline understanding of the topic, then the machine curate's the research for you. Have got to critically read the output, but cuts down researching something in a big way. I also upload my resume/experience to that chat, then tell it to pull out nuances that I’d be uniquely gifted to solve. Pretty neat
