It’s not recommended, and could likely end up landing you into some difficult spam territory. Personally, the majority of cold texts that I get with links to click thru, I delete and report - Others that don’t contain links, I typically just ignore and delete. In general, I’m good with texts from people / businesses that I opted into. This particular topic is why the telecom companies in this country decided to create something called A2P 10DLC - It was either they did it, or it would've been done for them, at the federal level. I’d definitely recommend digging into this and understanding how to stay compliant here.
