So do I have to do the A2P verification process for every single number for my biz and my client's/subaccounts? Is there not a way to do this just once and not have to go thru the process for every number, subaccount, or client?

So I have a sales call tomorrow with someone who wants to keep their existing website and just have me implement some of the GHL smart features. My question what all GHL features can I implement into a non-GHL website? I assume anything that uses HTML? Also, what information should I get from the customer in order to do this? I assume the login info for their website so I can add the HTML coding. And would I set them up in GHL the same way I would with anyone else except I just don't create the website part?

So per the recommendation of many, I have joined several small business fb groups for a variety of niches. Nearly all of them have no-spam/solicitation rules. So what would be a good starting post or comment that doesn't seem like a sales pitch and won't get be banned, would be useful, but also make sense since I don't know much about any of these niches first hand.

I am trying to signup for A2P 10DLC registration. I made a mistake by selecting sole proprietorship b/c I'm a one-person business, but I do have an EIN (though I couldn't locate it at the time). I got rejected like 3x because I got approved as a brand as sole prop, but my campaign level is as my LLC. So I'm wanting to cancel the entire thing and start over so I can select the right thing (low volume standard) to begin with, but I don't see a way to do that on my end. I tried sending an email to [email protected], but it said they are no longer doing inbound email support and to click on the blue help button in dashboard, but I don't see that. But does anyone know how to correct this issue on my own on my end? I just need to delete/cancel the current registration at the brand level, so I can start over

So I have a 6 email email campaign sequence workflow set up in GHL. All the links/photos/etc in the emails are hyperlinked. I've noticed now when someone clicks on ANY of the hyperlinked text (even "view this email in browser" and "unsubscribe from this email") that they get this message (below). Why is this happening and how do I fix it?
