Global Leagues
In this call we talked about Global Leagues and at the end jumped into memberships. Setting up a Monthly reoccurring round table to share the knowledge.

I’m located in Lodi, California. I SHOULD be opening around September of this year. Already have location & TI submitted. Going with Trackman. Already signed with their booking and payments as well. Would love to go in on some leagues! Love the idea. Sorry I haven’t been able to make any calls.

I wanted to comment on this real quick. I’m halfway through this video and you guys are doing an excellent job. One thing I wanted to point out make sure your intake and your exhaust is the same as your computer. I’ve built many computers and cabinets. Typically, that means you want at least two intake fans on the bottom with your computer having at least two intake fans on the bottom. Then your computer should have an exhaust at the side and or the top. Then you should add at least two exhaust fans on the cabinet. Preferably on the side panel, where you currently have it. If you put the intake next to the exhaust, you’re essentially not doing much. If you set up the cabinet, this way you can add a mesh dust filter to the bottom of the cabinet, making for easy cleaning. Sorry, this is a long-winded reply. throw your current set up into Claude and ask how it can be improved.

Another great episode! I wanted to point out a few things since I couldn’t make it. When it comes to padding on the wall. It is extremely, I don’t mean this lightly, extremely marked up. You can make your own padding for a 10th of the price at the same exact look. OSB, Egg crate foam or even a mattress topper, Marine grade vinyl. You are pennies on the dollar from installers. When it comes to the auto tee systems. I’m going with the classic “Shag Tube” and tray. They also have auto tee systems you can get from China, which are a whole lot cheaper than going with golfzon. This way, you can keep the elevated look and keep your price up while giving your customers an elevated experience. There was one other thing I wanted to comment on, but I was listening to this while doing yardwork! Thank you for the entertainment and the knowledge. Hopefully I can make next week.

@Joshua Kauck one of these! But I’ve also seen people build a slanted ramp so they all collect on one side. Think 2 platforms the one you stand on is flat the one in front is slightly pitched toward a “drain” that leads to a catch area that makes it easy to collect. I can do a chicken scratch drawing for you if you need it! lol
Week 1 - Should you open a golf sim?
I’ll briefly share the research I did before opening my 24/7 simulator facility, then we’ll open the floor for questions and discussion. Anyone thinking about opening a sim or already running one is welcome to share experiences.

Another excellent week! I'm sad I missed this week but ill definitely make next week. Super interested in the ChatGPT prompts you guys used. I've been building out my model with AI for the last year just tweaking left and right. Curious on some points you fellas have given it.
