How far off do you guys offer from your MAO? I don't want to offend the seller with an extreme lowball but I also don't want to give myself not enough room. Thanks

I am coming across so many deals and I want to share them with the right people. How do you know who to trust and who is going to run away with your deal without getting paid? Thoughts? Is there a training on this?

Today was one of those days where I just didn't feel like calling. Feeling kinda burnt out to be real. I had to revisit my WHY quite a few times today. When there is no longer motivation to continue, Discipline MUST take over. I threw the headset on and powered up the Dialer. Made 100 calls today! 1 inbound call, not interested. Had 14 pick ups! 4 Hang Ups. 5 Not interested. 1 wrong number. 4 Ai pick ups. 3 Hang ups. 1 forwarded to voicemail. 38 Voicemails left in total. Today was one of those characters building days as I like to call them. When the universe and God challenges you to see how bad you really want it. How much noise can you block out to stay focused on the vision you have been gifted. If you were gifted that vision, it was because you have the ability to follow though to obtain it! More people are counting on you then you realize. It is your duty to perform. No matter how how difficult the days get. STAY FOCUSED!! After the day was over, I was tired, and just done. I started writing this post out and I got an inbound call. It was a homeowner returning my call after hearing my voicemail. Turns out he does want to sell this property I called about! AND he is and investor that has multiple other properties that he is wanting to "get rid of" because he is older and wanting to downsize his portfolio quite a bit and quickly. That really made it seem like all the tests n trials throughout the day were worth it. Just one page closer to the next chapter of my story!! Excited to see how good this Friday is going to get!! 1 New Lead Added to the pipeline!! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!! LETTSS GOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Who here that gets deals uses text blasting as their main method to get deals? I just got my ein a few days ago so waiting to register for a2p.. Just wondering about text success!
