Somethings offers don't go according to plan. We have an idea, and test our hypothesis. And it doesn't work! However, it's what to do when this happens that makes all the difference. The worst times in my journey was when I let ego get in the way when this happens... Dangerous. I would keep beating a dead horse even though people just flat out didn't want it. Now, I realized that offers are never about me... They're about you, the client! If your audience ain't buying it's because the offer is not something they want. And that's what's happening with this most recent launch. Looking at the doc again for a moment this morning can already see why: - Too many moving parts - Big claim you've heard over and over again - Looks like just a group coaching program which most people have a bad taste in their mouth about (because most of them suck and you never actually get your question answered) So I thought back to my favourite offer that I've ever deployed that lead to the best client results. Like: Ariel walking away with a multi 5 figure (probably 6 figure now) offer for her agency Pedro launching a brand new offer (with no social following) being ROAS positive on the front end Chris breaking even and getting a 3K client from it Daniel getting 2X ROAS days and losing 12KG from no longer being financially stressed. Meenakshi getting 10X days And the wild thing with this offer? The success rate of people who launched this and started getting buyers is around 90%. Some people took the offer and never launched it which is unfortunately out of my control until AI lets me turn into a robot and come to their house + refuse to leave until it's live... ...but I can only do so much 😂 I'll be rewriting the doc for this tomorrow. Clients flat out don't trust coaches anymore. In any market right now, people are more sceptical than ever of working with someone. Either because they: A) Got burned B) Don't believe the money will get them the ROI (whatever that ROI is for them) C) They believe they can do it themselves with AI/Youtube/Books/Low Ticket Courses These objections are big and strong. But...not absolute truth. What I've experienced over and over again for myself and clients is that even though a person may initially have one of these objections... ...that doesn't mean it's an automatic "no". I know personally that I've made the most amount of money ever when I was pretty financially strapped and invested in the right program. I've experienced a number of my best clients sharing they've taken a big financial risk working together. Which is why we want to focus on that one word: "Risk" Our goal is to make it feel much less like a do-or-die moment by decreasing the amount of risk the client takes, and increasing the amount of risk we take. As an example, one of the things I'm testing for this current launch is doing a four-week trial with new clients AND having a rock solid guarantee. Rather than it being a massive leap of faith to join where you're stuck in a 3 month coaching program... ...you simply dip your toe in the water. And based on my client results, people will come in, get quick wins and choose to keep working together. To be clear... Quick wins don't mean MASSIVE wins. For my clients it's typically 5 clients into a Productized Offer. Some of them go beyond this doing somewhere between 20K-50K in the first 30 days. The anomalies, not the average. However, even if someone gets say one or two clients that they didn't have before... Or you help them stop ONE bad habit in the first 5 days of working with you... After trying to get this result for months on their own... They're going to feel that zero to one momentum. Which is ultimately what we're doing.
