Elbows
Can you tell me some good exercises for elbows except circles, because I feel I can't warmup them good.

Straddle planche
I can do 10-12 seconds straddle planche with 20-25kg band, but i can't do any hold with 10-15kg band. Any advices

wrist pain
When I'm already warmed up I still feel pain in my wrists. Any advices?
Planche Scapula Strength
Do you think it's better to gradually work through progression while making sure to always have perfect planche scapula form, or move up to harder progressions quicker at the expense of scapula form and then try to gradually increase protraction?
