FREE Win Collection System for Agencies (Make + GPT – No Code Needed)
FREE idea I wish I set up way earlier... After looking back at where I dropped the ball, I realized I wasn’t capturing client wins or good feedback consistently — which meant less content, fewer case studies, and no ammo for sales calls. Built a dead-simple automation to fix that. Totally free to run. Here’s what it does: - Every week, clients get a 2-line email: “Got any wins this week we can celebrate or share?” - They answer through a Google Form - GPT summarizes their message into a client win (usable as a case study, post, email, whatever) - The result lands in a Google Sheet you can actually use No coding. One scenario in Make.com. 100% yours. Attached: - The Make blueprint (.json) - The GPT prompt I used - A quick setup guide (takes 15 min) Let me know if you want help tweaking it for your niche (local, coaches, ecom, whatever). This one’s a no-brainer.

Help With GHL
Hey Guys, Anybody based in europe? I have just started working with usa market but i can't change my availabilty no matter what i try on ghl, has anybody else faced this issue?

Yeah man, ran into the same thing when I started targeting the US from Europe. GHL sets availability based on your account timezone, not the calendar settings. Here’s what worked for me: 1. Go to Settings > Company 2. Scroll down to Timezone and switch it to a US timezone (I used EST for East Coast clients) 3. Then go back to your calendar availability and set your hours again — now it should work properly After that, your booking links will show the right time for your leads in the US, but you’ll still get reminders in your local time. Let me know if it still acts weird — I had to clear cache once too.

Free Client Retention System for SMMA (One Scenario, No Webhooks)
Hi all — one of the biggest problems I kept running into was client retention.Clients were dropping off after 1–2 months with no warning, even when results were decent. After a bunch of trial and error, I finally built a simple system that works — and it runs 100% free on Make.com with no webhooks or paid tools. Here’s how it works: - Step 1: Use Make.com to send weekly check-in emails to your active clients - Step 2: Clients fill out a Google Form with quick feedback - Step 3: GPT reads their responses and flags if they’re feeling unsure, unhappy, or at risk of leaving The best part?It all runs in a single Make scenario, no complex setup, and no dev skills needed. I’ve attached: - The exact Make.com scenario (JSON file) - The ChatGPT prompt used for sentiment analysis - A simple instruction file to set it up in under 30 minutes Let me know if you want help adjusting it for your agency or niche. It’s saved me from surprise client losses more than once.
