This winter, I’m intentionally building something different - a virtual movement studio designed to support women through the winter season with strength, mobility, and energy without burnout. The Live Vibrantly Collective Winter Series is about moving with your body, not pushing against it , and creating consistency that actually lasts. Here’s what’s currently on the schedule and what’s coming next inside the studio: ⸻ 🌟 Winter Series Core Classes These are the heartbeat of the studio. The weekly classes you can count on throughout the season. TONE 💪🏽 A full-body strength class using primarily handheld weights. Simple, effective movements that support strength, bone density, and overall function. Modifications are always offered. DEFINE ⚡️ A low-impact strength and mobility class blending barre-, Pilates-, and yoga-inspired movement. Expect flexibility, balance, posture work, and functional strength with an extended warm-up and cool-down. IGNITE 🔥 An energizing, movement-based class designed to elevate your heart rate and boost stamina - without chaos. Formats may include athletic movement, intervals, circuits, rhythmic flow, boxing-style work, or POUND®-inspired cardio. Options are always provided so you can move at your own level. _______________ ✨ Expanding the Winter Series — Coming Soon These classes layer into the Winter Series to support different needs, energy levels, and seasons of life. MOVE 🧘 A continuous, dancer-inspired movement class focused on fluid strength, length, flexibility, and graceful transitions. Think uninterrupted movement that opens the body and builds strength without stopping and starting. BALANCE 🪩 A full-body toning class using a stability ball to challenge balance, posture, and core control. Modifications will always be shown for those without a ball. IMPACT 🥊 A boxing-inspired class focused on power, strength, and stress release — adaptable for all levels, with or without gloves or a bag. ROCK 🤘🏼 A music-driven, POUND®-inspired cardio class using lightweight drumsticks — or even wooden spoons from your kitchen — for a fun, high-energy, stress-relieving workout.
