Okay… I’m bringing this back 💃🔥 After relocating to South Windsor, my virtual classes and personal training are now based out of my home studio … but this class… this one needed to be LIVE. So I found the perfect space to bring my signature class VIBE back, and we’re kicking it off with two pop-up Fridays. This is not your typical dance fitness class. It’s real dance, real energy, and one of my favorite things I’ve ever created.
