I have a buyer willing to sign a contract and I am on the fence about it. Have I signed the contact no. Originally on the market for 35 in May, listing removed cam back on the market for 30K, seller willing to take 23k. They did not want my contract and sent over theirs, so I had them to send a blank over before signing and I am perplexed by one drafting oddity: the contract's acceptance deadline is also September 25 ,the same date as closing. That doesn't make much sense if you're planning to execute today. Shouldn't the acceptance date be today and the closing say Oct 15th or sooner? But also if I could get a second set of eyes this would be very, very Helpful.
