Good morning 🎉 I passed my practical driving test this morning!! Lucky number 4 is officially in the books now😅 Thank you to everyone who sent good wishes on Monday, it genuinely helped. One thing I'm now 100% certain of. If you learnt to drive in South Africa 🇿🇦 than you can pass any test, in any country. Our road tests are so much stricter than anywhere else I've taken the test. Same goes with the learners test. Anyways, I will be celebrating becoming official by going on a nice tempo run 😂 How is everyone shaping up today?

I made this post in 2017 (click 1st image for caption) and it came up as a memory on Facebook today. I wrote the piece whilst on an island in the Philippines after we had swam with Whale sharks. My life has been filled with amazing adventures and opportunities and I never take that for granted. All of that is rooted in my ability to move and be active. Fitness is the vehicle for all that is good in my life and I assure you, it can be the same for you as well, if/when you commit!!

I decided I need to get back into my home work-outs, so after doing the schools run, I came home and did a 𝟯𝟬-𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁! I haven't done this in over a year... it's time! 💪 I did it! 😁

Good morning 🎉 It has been a long morning already for me, getting up at the crack of dawn. Why? Well, I had my learners test, which I had to study for the whole weekend and I passed 🎉 Surely that must mean I deserve a special badge or something? A person who has never failed their learners test but has done it 4 times...😅 The practical is on Thursday, so the studying isn’t over yet. Yesterday I rested with my wife and the doggies, which I’m counting as part of the plan. @Roar Resell said he was going to put one small thing in his calendar for this week, and @Trish Berrange has her October goal, so I’d love to hear what everyone else is scheduling in this week? 👇

As I sit waiting for my very frail Mom in her 5-hour fusion back surgery, I feel like jumping up in this hospital and start dancing... for the release... But... I fear they may admit me for being a little cray cray! 🤣 So no FriYay dance video from me tonight... Have a beautiful evening ✨️ 🩷🙏🏻
