Getting Back on Track
What is everyone's routine pre work-out in the morning? Drinking/Eating 30 mins prior? Or just drinking water and then eating breakfast after? What app do you guy use that has helped ? And do you cut carb out completely? Trying to figure this all out while having a crazy work schedule that requires sitting all day in meetings 🫣

@John Yu thanks. I have been working out (Pilates) in the mornings on an empty stomach and now starting weights. Alternating days. . I need to figure out fitting in the cardio part. No daily caffeine intake. If I do then it’s a treat here and there for morning meetings w company. It would be helpful to have a call w you guys to learn more how to figure this all out. It has been tricky and I haven’t been seeing results so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
