It’s funny that I’m having a hard time thinking of something I’m proud of this week but can think of so many things I want to improve. Proud of going to bed early to get enough sleep! Committed to working on doing meal prep and eating better this week!
Good start!
This morning I tried to put the excuses, stress, and mental fatigue aside and signed up for spin class. Honestly, I could have easily stayed in bed. Nobody would have known. Nobody would have blamed me. But I got up and went anyway. And it was one of the best decisions I’ve made all week. Now I feel energized, my head is clear, and I’m ready to deal with whatever bullshit gets thrown at me today 😂 Sometimes the hardest part is just showing up. The workout itself is the easy part. I keep telling myself I’m going to start going for a walk in the evening but by the time I get home from work, cook supper, tidy up I’m tired. Once I sit down I’m done! I need to push myself because I know I’d feel better once I did it!
