I am building confidence through my daily actions" (3 times) reminds you that confidence isn't something you wait to feel—it's something you earn by showing up and taking action every day. "One thing I want to improve is Relentless" (6 times) helps you focus on a specific area of growth. Writing it repeatedly reinforces your commitment to improving that skill, habit, or mindset. "I show up, I learn, and I get better" (9 times) reinforces a growth mindset. It shifts your focus from being perfect to making progress through effort and learning.

Over the next 2 weeks, I want to improve my consistency. I know I can perform at a high level, but I want to get better at showing up with the same focus, effort, and discipline every day, regardless of how I feel.

I aswell would say mistakes was one of the things that hindered my development in sports growing up as a child. Having the fear of if I made a mistake thinking I would get taking out by my coach for making a error inwhich it will cause confidence swings.
