When it comes to fitness, weight loss, and overall health, the worst thing you can do is overcomplicate it. Your results have very little to do with how much you know (10–20%) and everything to do with your environment and daily actions (80–90%). That’s why our motto is: Keep It Simple. Execute Relentlessly. Simple doesn’t mean easy.If it were easy, everyone would be in shape. They’re not. So instead of overthinking, we focus on execution. The 4 Forge Pillars (non-negotiables) 1. Training30–45 minutes of intentional exercise 2. Steps / Movement8,000–10,000 steps daily 3. NutritionTrack your intake. Prioritize calories and protein 4. Discipline / MindsetDo 1 thing daily that you don’t feel like doing Why This Works Training - You need a plan and intent. Fitness builds confidence. Movement - Higher daily output = more calories burned Nutrition - If you don’t measure it, you can’t manage it Fat loss = calories out > calories in Protein = muscle retention Discipline - Confidence is built by doing hard things when you don’t feel like it If you’re serious about becoming a better husband, father, and leader—comment “All In.”

If you're reading this, you most likely didn't stumble here and pay to be a part of some random group. You're here because you're ready for something to change in your life. I promise you made the right decision in coming here to make that change. We will do everything in our power to give you the tools, mindset, accountability, and community to become the person you've always dreamed of.
