OPUS 4.7 HAS DROPPED
Opus 4.7 with adaptive thinking has dropped. Waiting to see what @Nate Herk has to say about it I'm playing with it now

Yeah it has an adaptive thinking capability just go to the anthropic docs https://platform.claude.com/docs/en/about-claude/models/overview and it tells you with comparisons.

That this is crazy, used it without the adaptive thinking and with adaptive thinking. I got half way done with an app i've been working for two weeks! and it helped me even expand my thinking on how to approach the workflow and the paths I was trying to take. But it cost a fair amount of tokens. but then it pointed out how to use the lower models. that was crazy. I can't wait to get off work to get back to it.

I have no clue why I made a game agent/bot, I just did it just to do it.
Ok, this is for sure cheating, I've been going crazy just having fun learning to build things.🤷🏽 i just want to get as much understanding as possible so I'm just trying things I only heard about and trying to do it.

I know because if it actually completes a task or moves up in level or completes the board, so that way you know that it's not just running in circles or just doing random stuff.
