@Ty Buchanan that’s all I do is work and come home I also have been starting to take care of my health better. I have a doctor that put me on T testosterone replacement I’m trying to push myself to get out there and join sports but I keep finding excuses of why not to do it. I have been looking into the psychedelics from one of the members at the top of this chat recommended it to me. I appreciate your words. I’m glad to know that other people have come through the other side.

I live my life by But I appreciate and understand that no one‘s coming to save me and I have to be the one to go out and find the appropriate help And I hundred percent agree that confidence is the key to everything because when I was in, I had that at 100% and more and there was nothing they could stop me. It’s funny how you don’t appreciate things when you have them and then when they’re gone, it’s hard to find them back.
