Deep Dive
What does it mean when deep dive only provides keywords, etc for Google and doesn't pull in any data from Amazon?

It could be that the ASINs you tried to dive are new or are not ranked for any keywords. Try running a new dive with 10 top selling competitors from that niche.
Inner Circle
Hey @Trevin Peterson, I had purchased AMZ champions in 2023 for $2500. Do I still have to pay monthly for this group and access to the inner circle? I figured I was grandfathered in but can't find anything in my email. Sent you a dm a few days ago on here.

Just sent the Skool invite to your email so you won't be on the free trial and you'll have access to the 5.0 course.

LAUNCHING SOON
My first product is inbound to FBA. I am not yet Brand Registered, so I’m launching without Vine. I’ve optimized my listing and images, but I’m looking for the "cold start" playbook from those who launched without the early review advantage. 1. Without Vine, how are you effectively getting those first 5-10 reviews without violating TOS? Is it just a waiting game, or are there compliant ways to encourage early feedback? 2. Do you go live with PPC the literal second the listing is active? Any advice other advice is appreciated.

You cannot safely wait for organic reviews on a cold listing, but you can compliantly force momentum in several ways. Amazon gives brand new listings a visibility boost in the first few weeks, and you want to maximize that window to gather sales and reviews to help establish your listing. So, start your PPC campaigns the moment you have units available to sell. Set a lower price than the competition or use a coupon if available on your account to grab buyers' attention. Use automated review follow ups, and thank you card inserts. There's a lot of factors to check during launch, so make sure to revisit the launch module.
Referral
I have someone who’s interested to do Amazon Fba. Is there still a referral link to send?

We don't have a referral program at the moment, but you can share the group link via the Invite option in the Members Tab.

Liquidation
Hey! Just trying to understand the liquidation process, if say (extreme scenario) a product doesn't sell at all after a month or so, how would you go about liquidating your inventory? And how much roughly could you get out of it? (Would you be able to break even at minimum with how much you manufactured the product for?)

In a worst case scenario where your product completely stalls, first try to drop your price significantly and sell through it on Amazon, especially if you still have some organic ranking. If that doesn't work, Amazon's FBA Liquidation Program is your next option where they sell your inventory to liquidators on your behalf, but expect to recover around 5% of your selling price for eligible units, so breaking even is pretty unlikely. You can also do a removal order and take the inventory back, but depending on your product size the removal fees can add up fast and may not be worth it. Either way the longer inventory sits the more storage fees eat into whatever you recover, so the faster you act the better.
